What began with just a linotype machine and a paper cutter has grown into a full-fledged printing press equipped with the latest technology and supported by a team of experienced print professionals.

Originally located in Deira, Dubai, OPPS Print started operations in a modest 750 sq. ft. facility. By 2001, we expanded into a 15,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art print house in Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, which continues to serve as our headquarters today. Our growth reflects our commitment to quality printing, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Communication was smooth from start to finish. Faizmon was very responsive, polite, and receptive to our requests and feedback, and he was always quick to follow up and keep us updated. The team was very organised and on top of the order, which made the whole process quick and straightforward.
We were also very happy with the final quality of the printing. The finish and overall quality of the printed materials were great and exactly what we were looking for.

As a business owner, this was a terrible experience.
I ordered business cards, brochures, and name badges for my new clinic. The business cards were delayed for over one month. I had to keep asking for updates because nobody contacted me. Many of my calls were not answered, and my messages were ignored or replied to very late.
Because of these delays, I missed important business opportunities. I attended meetings without business cards and my marketing was delayed. I also lost valuable time because I trusted their promises instead of working with another printing company.
After more than a month, I was told they still could not produce my business cards because of problems with the gold foil. This is not the customer's responsibility.
Poor communication, missed deadlines, and no accountability.
I cannot recommend this company.

Most of the products came out very well and were nicely done. However, one of the items was printed incorrectly because the company used the free Canva version instead of our Canva Pro file. As a result, the Canva logo appeared on the print, and we only noticed it after the first batch was printed.
This was clearly an error on the company’s side, but unfortunately they are not willing to replace the items. They offered a discount on a future order, but at this point, I don’t believe we will be ordering from them again.

They're misleading people! We paid them a check for business cards, but they dragged their feet on the design, then said they couldn't do our design and decided to just make it black. Then they said they couldn't do our logo either. They can't communicate within their team, and they can't communicate with anyone either. Now, for an extra fee, they can make business cards for us. Even though we initially gave them all the information, I went to the office to explain everything, but it was no use.
